How To Set Appointments Cold Calling

How To Set Appointments

  1. Trust

    -Confidence
This can be done by learning everything you can about your offer and your script! If you know what you’re talking about you will be prepared and more confident on the phone.

    -Conversation
Talk to your prospects like they are REAL HUMANS! Think about how you would react to yourself if you called yourself. Listen back to your calls to analyze your skills to get better faster.

    -Follow Up
The more persistent you are with your follow up, the more your prospect will trust you. The average deal happens between the 6th-12th call. How many times are you following up with your prospects?

  2. Value

    -Knowing Your Service
As mentioned above, competence is confidence. You should be memorizing your script and offer. It may take you a few calls to understand what you’re doing wrong. You will encounter questions you don’t know how to answer. Anticipate that, and practice rebuttals for the same question in the future.

    -Study
Are you listening to your calls? If you purchased a power dialer you need to start listening back to your calls and seeing how you can take your skills to the next level. If you listen back you should cringe because you know what you could’ve done better.

    -Client Needs
Once you’ve gotten a few mess-ups out of the way, you’ll start to see patterns in your niche. What are common pain points, strategies, and questions do the prospects in your niche have? Find them ASAP so you can use them to your advantage.

  3. Urgency

-Build so much value that they need to commit

-If you don’t pay right away you’re not getting service

           -Paint the picture
